Hotel Suraj Palace does not look as they have uploaded on the Make My Trip. Rooms are average, Floor was rought, crockery was disgusting, food was average, bedsheet was used. Its over priced for these facilities. Location is fine.

I booked deluxe room but they gave me a just poor standard room and so many insects and room was not clean very very worst

Hostel is very inferior in service, quality and cleanliness. It is managed by unprofessional. They do not pick up phone for service, no regular cleanliness and bathroom fittings are broken. Many things out of shape. Rooms are much smaller and with the price range of 2000- much better alternative available in bhopal. I did not take food but price of food is very costly as compared to bhopal's top restaurant. I do not recommend to book this hotel.

Had there been a zero rating for the hotel, i would have given it. We have booked executive room, they provide us a small room with pathetic cleanliness, rat nuissance, geyser, ac not working.

The stay was great, rooms were clean and the local was also good, first day they didn't sent any sugar or sugar cubes with tea but overall me and my family had a good experience.
